Accidents, Damage, or Maintenance Needs
We understand that things happen — and we’re here to help.
If any damage, mechanical issues, or accidents occur during your stay, please contact us immediately. Early notification allows us to order parts quickly, coordinate repairs, or schedule a mechanic if needed. Our priority is keeping your vacation running smoothly and ensuring the camper is safe and functional for you and future renters.
Prompt communication helps us serve you better — and keeps your adventure on track.
Late / Waiting Time Policy
We understand travel can be unpredictable. If our crew is required to wait due to delays in access to the site, late arrival, or late pickup:

We allow a 30-minute grace period

After 30 minutes, a $25 per additional 30 minutes late/waiting fee will be applied
If extreme delays interfere with other scheduled deliveries, we may be required to reschedule delivery or pickup, subject to a fee.
Unauthorized Moving / Towing Policy
If delivery is scheduled and completed by Tri-State RV Rentals, the camper may not be moved, towed, repositioned, or relocated by anyone other than our team unless written permission is provided first.
Unauthorized movement of the camper will result in immediate loss of security deposit and the renter will be responsible for any resulting damages or service costs.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the camper. This ensures every guest receives a clean, fresh, and enjoyable experience.
