Each camper comes fully stocked with essentials like plates, cups, silverware, cookware, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, dish soap/sponge, paper towels, RV toilet paper, pillows with protective covers, and a comforter on the master bed.

Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided and must be supplied by the renter.

If you choose delivery and set up, there is a delivery fee ($100 minimum or $6.00/mile). If you drive the camper yourself, 100 miles per night are included; additional miles are charged at $0.35/mile.

Yes — all rentals require a minimum of 2 nights.

Yes — a 10% discount applies for weekly rentals (7–29 nights) and a 15% discount for monthly rentals (30+ nights).

Standard fees include $100 insurance, an $85 cleaning fee, and a refundable $500 security deposit.

If your site doesn’t have grey/black tank disposal, there is a one-time $50 fee to dispose of it for you.

Four hours per night of generator use is included; additional hours are $3/hour.

– Full refund if canceled 60+ days before the trip.

– 50% refund if canceled 30+ days before the trip.

Well-behaved dogs are permitted, per the pet policy.

Renters should return the RV tidy: remove trash, clean spills, and return items to their original places.

Contact Tri-State RV Rentals immediately so they can coordinate repairs or part orders quickly.

There’s a 30-minute grace period for delivery/pickup delays. After that, a $25 fee per additional 30 minutes may apply.

No — the camper may not be moved, towed, or repositioned by anyone other than Tri-State RV Rentals unless written permission is provided.

No — smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside.
